5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery areas and times are subject to change based on various factors including weather, traffic, and restaurant capacity. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated time frame, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

For delivery orders, you must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you are not available to receive your order, we may leave it in a secure location at our discretion or return it to the restaurant. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

For pickup orders, you must collect your order within the specified time frame. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be discarded, and no refund will be provided.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order without charge if we receive your cancellation request before we begin preparing your order. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or refund.
