How far in advance should I place my catering order? +
We recommend placing your catering order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For larger events (100+ guests) or weekend dates, we suggest ordering 1-2 weeks in advance.
Do you offer delivery and set-up? +
Yes, we offer delivery within a 15-mile radius of our locations. Set-up service is included with our Office Lunch and Grand Celebration packages. Additional delivery fees may apply based on distance.
Can I customize a catering package? +
Absolutely! We're happy to create custom packages based on your specific needs, guest count, and budget. Just let us know your requirements in the special requests section of the catering form.
What is your cancellation policy? +
You can cancel your catering order without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery/pickup time. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
